In addition to 106 upscale residences, we brought almost 8,000 SF of retail space to downtown Santa Monica with the development of Gibson Santa Monica. By partnering on the development execution with the original owner of the Santa Monica site, Cypress Equities, we helped complete the permitting process and managed the construction and development. We were able to secure a diverse mix of retail tenants, from restaurants to fitness studios and deliver a highly finished project in the supply-strained Santa Monica apartment market.
