Century West Partners, a joint venture of Fifield Cos. and Cypress Equity Investments has completed NEXT on Sixth, a 398-unit luxury apartment community in Los Angeles. NEXT on Sixth is the second development by Century West Partners in Koreatown, after the completion of its 476-unit K2LA community. Situated at 620 S. Virgil, the property provides access to various dining, shopping and entertainment options, as well as employment centers, universities and educational institutions and healthcare facilities. The Wilshire and Vermont Metro stations are located within walking distance from the property, as well as Beverly Hills, downtown Los Angeles and Hollywood being only minutes away. The seven-story building consists of a mix of studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments. To stand out in a growing market, the property features Target retail store on the ground floor. “Securing an urban Target at NEXT on Sixth is a major coup for our residents and the surrounding community,” said Michael Sorochinsky, co-founder & principal of Century West Partners, in prepared remarks. “The convenience it brings is a major component of the complete lifestyle package NEXT on Sixth offers, including sophisticated in-unit amenities and robust community offerings, at an incredible location.”
