Sarina Sorrentino

As Vice President, Sarina is responsible for identifying and sourcing new investment opportunities in South Florida and Dallas. She oversees all aspects of the acquisition and development process, including site selection, capitalization, entitlement, and pre-development. Sarina works closely with local stakeholders and equity partners to underwrite and execute new multifamily development opportunities.

Prior to joining Fifield, Sarina worked on the Acquisitions team at Heitman where she evaluated prospective investment opportunities for Heitman’s Equity and Debt funds, executing $935M in total gross capitalization volume. 

Sarina earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance, Investment & Banking and Economics from University of Wisconsin – Madison. Sarina recently relocated to South Florida from Chicago to focus on Fifield’s growing pipeline in the region. She and her fiancé are getting married in 2027 and are the proud parents of a mini poodle, Teddy.
