Santiago Ramos

As construction manager, Santiago Ramos manages the day-to-day construction, architecture and design of Fifield developments in South Florida. Santiago coordinates with local consultants and partners to ensure the successful execution of Fifield’s South Florida projects.

Prior to joining Fifield Companies in 2021, Santiago worked as a construction project manager at Suffolk Construction in Miami, being part of the $1.4 billion expansion of the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino project in Hollywood Florida and a $64 million mixed-use multifamily development in Miami. Having worked for general contractors in New York and South Florida, Santiago has experience in Retail, Hospitality, Gaming and mixed-use Residential Construction.

Santiago has a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Roger Williams University.
