40+ YEARS OF EXPERIENCE AND SUCCESS
Neighborhood Home and Multi-Family Value Add Projects
With almost three decades of experience in the residential real estate industry, Randy has established herself through her design-forward, yet practical approach to rehabbing homes and apartments, later bringing this focus on form and function to interior design for new apartment construction. Randy and Steve Fifield completed their first loft condo conversion in 1999, Gotham Lofts in Chicago, and worked on multiple successful home and apartment development projects including more than 30 neighborhood workforce apartments buildings and gut rehab single family homes. A passion for interior design grew from her home rehab projects which she has applied to ideas on other projects within the company.
Randy also writes a well followed blog called Randy Fifield Modern Living.
An active supporter of women in real estate, Randy has received numerous honors including the LA Lakers and Comerica Bank Business Woman of the Year in Los Angeles; Connect Media’s 2017 Women in Real Estate Honoree; The Homebuilder’s Association of Greater Chicago’s Women in Construction Woman of the Year Award in 2017; and has been recognized by Crain’s Chicago Business as a notable female executive.
Randy attended Northwestern University and serves as a Foundation Board member of Northwestern Medicine Prentice Women’s Hospital and Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Memorial Hospital. As part of Fifield’s commitment to the community, Randy and Steve have donated The Fifield Family Labor and Delivery at Northwestern Prentice Hospital, and the Randy and Steven Fifield Family Bridge at Lurie Children’s Hospital that connects the two hospitals.
