As CFO, Andrew is responsible for all accounting, finance, tax, treasury, and compliance matters for the company.  This includes overseeing all the development and property management accounting, construction draws, financial reporting, financial projections, budgeting and cash management.   In addition, Andrew is responsible for all aspects of running the day-to-day business, including payroll, human resources, information technology, and investor relations. 

Prior to joining Fifield, Andrew was CFO for Transwestern Development Companies (TDC), where he oversaw the merger of Ridge Development and TDC which resulted in the creation of a new platform and new management company.  Andrew was responsible for the creation, strategy, execution, and ongoing supervision of the TDC’s accounting and back-office operation. During his time at TDC, Andrew supervised the draw process, financials, audit, tax, and treasury functions for 88 projects totaling $6B in projects costs, including industrial, multi-family, mixed use, and medical. In addition to the day-to-day financial oversight of the business, Andrew spearheaded the development of a financial model utilized for a potential enterprise capital raise.  The model produced a total capital picture and identified the capital needs to achieve growth plans.

Andrew received both his Bachelors of Science and Masters of Accounting degrees from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.  Outside of work, Andrew is married to his college sweetheart and is the father of 3 boys.  They live in Chicago’s Lakeview neighborhood.  Andrew enjoys staying active through his crossfit gym, film photography, collecting records, and supporting the 3 boys in their academic and athletic pursuits.
