Margaret Hinz

As vice president, Margaret Hinz assists Fifield Companies in processing and publishing construction and pre-development draws. She is also responsible for the execution of lender-specific schedules and documents, accounts payable, new project set-up, cash management processing and post-funding processing of the draws. Additionally, Margaret builds and maintains relationships with lenders, inspectors, vendors and title company personnel.

Prior to joining Fifield in 2005, Margaret served as an escrow officer at the Illinois Real Estate Title Center, where she oversaw the Construction Escrow Department, conducted loan closings, and processed title search reports, final policies and date down endorsements. She also has experience in management, bookkeeping, and wholesale and retail sales.

Margaret’s undergraduate education included Lincoln Land Community College and Sangamon State University.
