Lindsey is a highly accomplished and results-driven executive, overseeing the firm’s national multifamily development and acquisitions pipeline. Leveraging $1.7 billion of multifamily experience, Lindsey leads a talented and dynamic team through all phases of the development cycle. Her expertise spans site selection, design, debt and equity financing, and asset management.  Lindsey draws on her breadth of experience to navigate complex challenges, identify opportunities for growth, and ensure achievement of project milestones within budget and time. 

Lindsey is also vital to the strategic planning and long-term vision of the organization. In 2021, Lindsey closed the firm’s first GP fund and established a formal investment committee to standardize and enhance the firm’s investment decision making. Lindsey manages the fund’s capital needs and performance, oversees compliance, and leads investor relations. As a member of the senior leadership team, Lindsey works closely with ownership to establish and execute the firm’s strategic business objectives and vision.

Prior to joining Fifield Companies, Lindsey began her real estate career as a Project Manager at Ridge Property Trust. She holds bachelor’s degrees in Real Estate and Legal Studies from the University of Wisconsin–Madison. Lindsey has garnered multiple awards including Crain’s Chicago Business 40 Under 40 (2021), Globe Street’s 50 Under 40 (2021), and Connect Media’s Next Generation Award (2018).  

Lindsey lives in Wilmette with her husband, two children, and a 60‑pound lap dog who is blissfully oblivious to her size. Lindsey is an early-morning workout devotee and escape room fanatic.
