Vice President, Asset Management
Ken Lodge brings over a decade of real estate investment experience to Fifield, where he oversees asset management strategies across the firm’s multifamily portfolio. He has led due diligence and execution on over $680 million in development projects and implemented performance strategies that consistently exceeded pro forma expectations. He began his career as a credit analyst and later as a loan officer at MB Financial Bank, where he first discovered his passion for real estate.
Ken holds an MBA from DePaul University’s Kellstadt Graduate School of Business, with a concentration in Real Estate Finance and Investment, and a BS in Finance and International Business from Indiana University. Outside of work, Ken enjoys cooking and trying desperately to improve his golf game. He lives in Chicago’s northern suburbs with his wife.
