Jim Clementi

As senior vice president of construction, Jim Clementi oversees the execution of construction, architecture and design for Fifield developments, from the proposal phase through completion. Since joining Fifield Companies in 2013, Jim has worked on the construction and development of projects totaling nearly 2 million square feet and $780 million of development value. Most recently, Jim supervised the construction of two mid-rise apartment buildings in Miami with a total of 485 units. Chicago developments include the Logan Apartments, a mixed-use development consisting of 220 units and 62,000 square feet of retail in Chicago’s Logan Square neighborhood, and The Sinclair, a 392-unit tower with 55,000 square feet of retail in Chicago’s Gold Coast. Jim was also heavily involved with design and construction development on 727 Madison, 740 Aberdeen, Next Apartments, Luxe on Madison and Luxe on Chicago.

Jim has more than 30 years of construction and development experience, including general contractor experience at Amec (Morse Diesel, Intl.) and Novak Construction, and developer experience at Prism, Draper and Kramer, CMK and New Frontier. His past projects include the USG Building, 161 North Clark, Fordham Tower, Pinnacle Tower, Ritz Carlton Residences, University Village Infrastructure, Cook County Jail Division XI, the residential build-out of the Palmolive Building and various retail developments.

Jim earned a Bachelor of Science in Construction from Bradley University.
