Principal
As executive vice president of Fifield Companies, Alex Walenta
oversees national asset management, which includes execution of asset strategy
and oversight of asset lease-up, operations and dispositions.
Prior to joining Fifield Companies, Alex spent over six years as
Vice President of Asset Management at Goldman Sachs overseeing national
multifamily asset management for the firm Balance Sheet and later west
coast multifamily asset management for the Balance Sheet and Funds. Throughout her tenure at Goldman Sachs, she led
dispositions of multifamily assets totaling over $3.14 billion. Previously,
Alex spent time at UDR, EQR and Archon Group in various roles including
acquisitions, asset management, portfolio management and dispositions.
Alex earned an MBA from Daniels College of Business at University
of Denver and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Southern Methodist
University’s Cox College of Business. Alex spends her free time with her
husband, Rob, and their three young children and loves to golf and snow ski.
