Jack Gillett

As Vice President, Jack is responsible for identifying and sourcing new investment opportunities in Denver and Chicago. He oversees all aspects of the acquisition and development process, including site selection, capitalization, entitlement, and pre-development. Jack works closely with local stakeholders and equity partners to underwrite and execute new multifamily development opportunities.

Prior to joining Fifield, Jack was a Vice President at Sterling Bay, where he led over $500 million in residential development across three high-rise projects in Chicago. Before that, he held roles in acquisitions and asset management at AMLI Residential, underwriting and supporting investment decisions for Class-A multifamily assets nationwide.

Jack earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Urban Land Economics from the University of Wisconsin–Madison. Outside of work, Jack is married to his high school sweetheart and lives in Chicago’s Lincoln Park neighborhood. Together, they enjoy traveling to their home state of Colorado and staying active through skiing, hiking, and long-distance running.
