Chris Fifield

As senior vice president, Chris Fifield is responsible for capital raising, client relations, development, and construction management, along with asset management for Fifield assets.

Prior to joining Fifield, Chris was the owner of Fifield Construction and Realty where he developed and managed commercial and residential multifamily assets in the Chicago area. He held previous roles at Power Construction as a project engineer with focus on high-rise residential construction and Corus Bank as a commercial loan officer focusing on new construction real estate developments across the country.

Chris attended the University of Colorado Boulder and is an officer of the Lincoln Park Builders Club of Chicago.
