Steven Fifield, established Fifield Companies in 1977 as a suburban office developer in Chicago (Fifield, Palmer & Co.). In 34 years the firm has evolved into a developer of over 50 high-rise urban office and residential buildings. Steve's breadth of experience covers suburban office and hotel/restaurant complexes to 40 story mixed use office and residential towers. Steve is a member of numerous real estate organizations, and an active contributor to civic and charity groups. He is an Indiana University trained mathematician with an MBA from the University of Chicago. He is married with seven children. Steve is Chairman and CEO of Fifield Companies.
Randy Fifield is Chairwoman of Fifield Realty Corp., overseeing design, marketing and execution of Fifield apartment projects in Chicago and for Century West Partners in Los Angeles. Those companies have 3,000 apartment units in development. Randy did neighborhood residential development in the 90's, then partnered up with her husband Steve beginning in 1999 and 2001 with loft condos (Gotham and Clinton Complex: 461 units) then the 28 story apartment tower at 180 North Jefferson in 2004 (283 units). This led to the $800 million K Station development with 2145 units in 5 apartment towers between 2006-2010 and the recently opened K2 (2013). A Northwestern University grad, Fifield is on the boards of Prentice Hospital and Children's Memorial hospitals. In 2012 Randy was honored by the LA Lakers and Comerica Bank as Business Woman of the Year in LA where she was appropriately named a "Lakers Girl". Randy is the proud and involved mother of five children and was named Today's Chicago Women's "Mother of the Year" in 2003.
Kevin Farrell is President and COO of Fifield Realty Corp.. He joined Fifield as Senior Vice President and later became President of Fifield Realty Corp (the development arm of Fifield Companies). Kevin started with Steve Fifield in the 1980's as a construction manager and is currently overseeing FRP's national apartment acquisition program as well as new construction and adaptive reuse projects in Chicago and Los Angeles. Prior to joining Fifield, Kevin was a Vice President at the Related Companies, where he managed several rental and for-sale residential development projects, including Roosevelt Square, a 2,400-unit mixed-income residential community in Chicago's near West Side. Previously, Kevin managed due diligence activities for First Union Real Estate's property investment, acquisition, and redevelopment program in Texas, New Mexico and Colorado. Kevin has an MBA from Illinois Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois. Kevin recently served on the City of Chicago's Green Urban Design Task Force.
20 year veteran Michael Doyle joined Fifield Companies as Controller and became CFO in 2002. Prior to joining Fifield, Michael was Chief Financial Officer of Friedman Properties, Ltd., a Chicago based real estate developer, where he oversaw the day-to-day financial management functions for the firm.
Michael graduated from the University of Illinois of Chicago, and upon graduation, joined the public accounting firm of Altschuler, Melvoin and Glasser CPAs. Michael is a Certified Public Accountant and is a member of the Illinois CPA society and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Jim Clementi joins Fifield as Vice President of Construction Operations with 25 years of construction and development experience, including construction oversight with Draper and Kramer, Prism Development, New Frontier Development, and project management for Morse Diesel/Amec Construction and Novak Construction. Past projects include USG Building, 161 N. Clark, Fordham Tower, Pinnacle Tower, residential build out of the Palmolive Building, Ritz Carlton Residences, infrastructure for University Village, various retail developments, and Cook County Jail Division XI. Jim earned a BS in Construction from Bradley University.
Erin DiPaola, Senior Vice President of Acquisitions, Finance and Asset Management, is responsible for multifamily and office acquisitions/dispositions in Chicago and Texas. During her career, she has been responsible for the acquisition of $650 million in commercial properties. Overseeing equity/debt financing, Erin has secured over $500 million from financial institutions for developments in Illinois and California. She also oversees asset management and financial operations for 1,500 units valued over $450 million. Prior to joining Fifield, Erin was a Vice President with Transwestern Investment Company, LLC where she managed multifamily acquisitions and asset management for assets in the Southeast. During her tenure with Transwestern, the Company acquired over 10,000 units valued in excess of $1 billion. Prior to Transwestern, Erin was at JP Morgan Securities focused on mergers and acquisitions. She earned her BS in Business Management from the Weatherhead School of Business at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. She is a member of the National Multi Housing Council.
Mark Lecocq is Senior Vice President responsible for underwriting, financing and closing multifamily and office development projects, as well as multifamily acquisitions for the firm's national apartment platform. Prior to joining Fifield, Mark was a Vice President with Connaught Real Estate Finance, LLC, a private-equity firm focused on investing in multifamily and for-sale residential real estate development in major metropolitan areas. During his tenure at Connaught, he underwrote $250million of investment in $1billion of real estate assets across the United States. Additionally, he directly managed assets within Connaught's investment portfolio with total value of $350mm with special focus on debt restructuring, work-outs and the management of distressed assets. Mark began his career in commercial real estate finance as a Credit Analyst for Geneva Capital Group, a Chicago-based real estate investor and lender. Mark earned a bachelor's degree in Philosophy and Mathematics from Wheaton College of Wheaton, Illinois.
Lindsey Senn is a Vice President at Fifield Companies. Her primary responsibilities include underwriting multifamily and office development projects, sourcing debt and equity financing, and asset management. Prior to joining Fifield Companies, Lindsey was a Project Manager and Financial Analyst for Ridge Property Trust. In that role, she underwrote industrial acquisitions and developments and was involved in the asset management of a 9 million square foot portfolio. She was also on a team that completed the disposition of $300 million of industrial assets. Lindsey graduated from the University of Wisconsin at Madison, where she earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Real Estate & Urban Land Economics and Legal Studies. She is a member of the Wisconsin Real Estate Alumni Association and YREP.
Matt Miller is a Vice President at Fifield Companies. His primary duties are underwriting and financing multifamily development projects and asset management. Prior to joining Fifield, Matt was a Due Diligence Analyst for the Inland Real Estate Group of Companies, where he underwrote $1.0 billion of retail and office property acquisitions on behalf of non-traded REITs. Matt earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
Givi Peradze joins Fifield as Project Manager with 17 years of construction experience. Prior to joining Fifield, Givi was a Project Manager with Lend Lease (US) Construction, Inc., where he was responsible for overall management, supervision and coordination of large-scale construction projects. Past projects include 455 North Park Drive, Admiral at the Lake, 600 North Fairbanks Court, Minneapolis Central Library, FedEx Forum/Memphis Grizzlies NBA Arena, Wells Fargo Parking Garage and Xcel Energy Center/Minnesota Wild NHL Hockey Arena. Givi has a MS in Structural Engineering from the University of Minnesota - Twin Cities.
