Burnham 600 is an eight story 98,000 square foot office building located in the West Loop, one of Chicago’s premier office submarkets. The West Loop is home to top tech firms including Google, Uber Technologies, and Twitter. The building was designed by the legendary architect Daniel Burnham, known as the father of the skyscraper, and completed in approximately 1910. Fifield acquired the building in 2015 and is renovating the building common areas, including the entry, the main building lobby, and the elevator lobbies, with modern elements to appeal to tenants looking for creative office space.
